What is your customer satisfaction policy?

We stand behind our work.  Our goal is to produce deliverables that meet and hopefully exceed our customer’s requirements.


When do you expect payment for services rendered?

In most cases, we require 50% of the agreed upon price up front.  Once the finalized product is approved and delivered to the customer, final payment is due within 10 business days.


Why don’t you advertise your pricing online?

As you may expect, there are many variables to each project.  We will provide an estimate once the location, subject and desired services are known.  In some circumstances, a site visit is required before providing a final cost.


How will I receive my products?

We are flexible and can deliver products via Youtube link, Drop Box, USB, DVD, or email.


Are your pilots FAA Part 107 certified?

Yes.  All pilots employed by inSight UAS are FAA certified remote pilots.


What if my subject matter is in restricted airspace?

The primary reason we turn down business is based on flight restrictions and there are several areas in the greater Tampa region that reside in restricted airspace.  Waivers are an option but can take months to receive an approval or disapproval.


How can I pay for your service?

We gladly accept cash, check or credit card.


Are you insured?

We have access to a $1 million liability insurance policy.  If insurance is required by the customer, proof will be provided.
